modifications, painting, 2 bathrooms converted into a master bathroom, walk in shower, extended closet, relocation of sink in the kitchen, new walls a totally different view this is one of our long projects that required weeks to complete, an amazing work environment In this house that allowed us to do this wonderful work, joy!

TAKE A LOOK AT THIS PROJECT!
On this occasion the client called us to finish a project that was unfinished, the client requested to finish the texture and the paint in an extra section of the house, he also wanted us to finish his shower by preparing to place the tile, in another section of the house he told us that he wanted to finish from drywall to paint and vinyl flooring, and cover his water heater that was in the room, he wanted to hide it, so we made a closet for him alone.

We had the opportunity to work on this project, where previously the tile was already placed but in an unprofessional way, we had to replace all the tile again on that wall, now this bathroom looks totally like new, we placed the laminate flooring in the missing areas and we patched some details, it looks really amazing.

In this project, our client asked us to make a new wall, so the space she had unused upstairs she wanted to take advantage of, to be able to use it as an office, she gave us instructions to place a door in the same way and this is the process and the results

In this project I show the entire process of the demolition of an old floor replaced by a very elegant laminate floor that contrasts with the house, this process took approximately 2 weeks to complete, with these photographs I show the quality of our work.
WINDOW FOR A door
this is our newest project, we have to replace a window for a door.in this case the client contacted us because he wanted to have access to his back yard, what we had to do was remove some bricks in the bottom part of the window to be able to make a space to the size of the door. remove all the frame that is in the path so that the door enters without problems, then we had to make some cuts in the foundation to make the door step, once this is done, the only left is to place the door with its respective molding and trim , to finish the door is painted for a clean finish.
room extension
The owners of this house had a huge space above their master bathroom, which on the second floor, was a closet for one of the rooms, what the clients asked us was to extend the area enough so that the frame could be strong and take advantage even more of a small space that did not exist to make it a new room, it was worth noting that we placed a sliding door that is hidden inside the wall.
This is one of the jobs we liked the most.
ATTIC RENOVATION
This client contacted us because he wanted to know what could be done in his attic, since it was too big and he wanted to take advantage of it. In this project, he gave us a room and a small living room that the client said he would use to exercise. , a small full bathroom was also included for this project, one of the largest we have done so far.
